为探讨第四代港口特征对中国港口物流发展的借鉴作用,阐述了第四代港口概念的背景及其研究现状,综述了第四代港口的特征。在此基础上,结合西北欧主要港口成功的经验,详细探讨基于第四代港口特征的中国港口物流发展两大趋势,即港口间协同竞争概念深入实践和港口积极贯彻上下游纵向合作。 In order to discuss the reference of the fourth generation of port characteristics to the development of China’s port logistics, the fourth generation of port concept and its background are introduced. The characteristics of the fourth generation of ports are summarized. On this basis, combined with the successful experience of major ports in northwestern Europe, this paper discusses two major trends of port logistics development in China based on the characteristics of the fourth generation port, that is, the concept of inter-port coordination and competition and the port’s active cooperation in vertical and horizontal cooperation.
