我国政治、经济、文化领域在不断发展的同时,各事业单位之间的竞争也日趋激烈,医院也不例外。目前,我国公立医院、私立医院及个人医院的数量不断增加,医院之间的竞争也在不断加大。作为医院管理的重要组成部分,思政工作绩效管理对于提高现代医院的综合竞争力具有重要的作用。本文通过对政工绩效管理的分析,进一步探讨现代医院如何借助政工绩效管理来提高综合竞争力。
