人类社会正在不断的进入到体验经济时代。近年来智慧旅游的发展也炙手可热。智慧旅游本应该为游客提供智慧化的服务,使人们能够真正享受到现代科技发展带来的便利。然而,智慧旅游在发展过程中却出现了一些问题。其一,很多城市或景区在发展智慧旅游的时候对新一代的信息技术开发投入很多,但最终开发出来的产品却很少为游客所知,很少为游客所用,其二,各个城市或不同类别的景区开发出来的产品同质化比较严重,究其原因是他们在发展智慧旅游的过程中忽视了游客体验与参与。本研究基于笔者对成都武侯祠游客与工作人员的实地调查与访谈的基础上,结合文献法和SPSS软件对调查数据进行分析后,得出一些结论,并提出了一些建议,希望对成都武侯祠进一步发展智慧旅游有一定的借鉴意义。
Human society is constantly entering the experience economy era. In recent years, the development of smart tourism is also hot. Wisdom tourism should provide tourists with intelligent services so that people can really enjoy the convenience brought by the development of modern science and technology. However, there are some problems in the development of smart tourism. First, many cities or scenic spots have invested heavily in developing a new generation of information technology while developing their smart tourism. Based on the field survey and interviews with tourists and staff of Wuhou Temple in Chengdu, this study analyzed the survey data by combining with the literature method and SPSS software, reached some conclusions and put forward some suggestions, Hou Temple further development of intelligent tourism has some reference.
