在天然气部分氧化制乙炔装置生产中,早期着火是引起裂解炉小停车(SD1)的最主要原因,由于早期着火导致裂解炉频繁SD1停车,引起产品乙炔气及合成气大幅波动,对天然气部分氧化制乙炔装置和下游配套装置的稳定生产带来极大影响和安全隐患。本文经过对各种早期着火影响因素的分析,以及总结生产中的操作经验,提出了解决方案及建议,对降低部分氧化制乙炔装置早期着火发生概率、降低乙炔生产单耗、提高装置生产稳定性、经济性具有积极的指导意义。
