[目的]探究与分析血清前蛋白(PA)与胆碱酯酶(CHE)在肝病诊断中的临床意义。[方法]选取我院自2013年5月~2015年5月收治的150例肝病患者作为试验组,另选取同时期收治的健康体检者150例作为对照组,采用日立7600生化分析仪对比2组人员血清前白蛋白(PA)与胆碱酯酶(CHE)水平进行分析,比较两者在肝病组和健康对照组间的差异。[结果]试验组血清PA及CHE的含量与对照组血清PA及CHE的含量分别相比均具有显著差异(t=10.45,P<0.05;t=8.28,P<0.05)。慢性肝炎中度、慢性肝炎重度、肝炎后肝硬化、肝癌的血清PA与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=7.66,P<0.05;t=8.34,P<0.05;t=13.56,P<0.05;t=9.12,P<0.05)。慢性肝炎中度、慢性肝炎重度、肝炎后肝硬化血清CHE含量与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=6.56,P<0.05;t=8.78,P<0.05;t=10.34,P<0.05)。[结论]血清前白蛋白(PA)以及胆碱酯酶(CHE)变化能灵敏、快速反应肝病发生时,肝脏的损害程度,可作为一类诊断肝病的指标广泛应用并推广于临床工作中。
[Objective] To explore and analyze the clinical significance of serum pre-serum protein (PA) and cholinesterase (CHE) in the diagnosis of liver disease. [Methods] A total of 150 cases of liver disease admitted from May 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected as the experimental group. Another 150 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. Hitachi 7600 biochemical analyzer was used to compare the results of two groups Pre-serum albumin (PA) and cholinesterase (CHE) levels were analyzed, and the differences between the two groups in liver disease group and healthy control group were compared. [Results] The levels of serum PA and CHE in the experimental group were significantly different from the levels of PA and CHE in the control group (t = 10.45, P <0.05; t = 8.28, P <0.05). Chronic hepatitis with moderate, chronic severe hepatitis, cirrhosis, liver cancer serum PA compared with the control group were statistically significant (t = 7.66, P <0.05; t = 8.34, P <0.05; t = 13.56, P <0.05; t = 9.12, P <0.05). Chronic hepatitis with moderate, chronic severe hepatitis, liver cirrhosis serum CHE levels compared with the control group were statistically significant (t = 6.56, P <0.05; t = 8.78, P <0.05; t = 10.34, P <0.05 ). [Conclusion] The change of serum prealbumin (PA) and cholinesterase (CHE) can be sensitive and rapid response to the occurrence of liver disease, the extent of liver damage can be widely used as a class of indicators of diagnosis of liver disease and extended to clinical work.
