第十九条对于不予立案的投诉、举报、申诉,经工商行政管理机关负责人批准后,由办案机构将结果告知具名的投诉人、申诉人、举报人。工商行政管理机关应当将不予立案的相关情况作书面记录留存。
Article 19 Complainants, complainants and whistleblowers shall be informed of the result by the case handling agency after the complaints, reports and appeals that are not filed with the case shall be approved by the person-in-charge of the administrative organ for industry and commerce. The administrative department for industry and commerce shall keep a written record of the non-filing case.
