目的探讨湿法粉碎提取法在中药有效成分提取过程中的具体应用及提取效果。方法平均取7份等量金银花,分别编号为1~7,前3组分别用湿法粉碎提取法依次提取10、20、30min;4、5组分别采用回流提取法提取45、90min;6、7组则利用超声提取法分别提取30、45min。比较7组提取结果中的绿原酸提出率及出膏率,从而分析该方法的提取效果。结果湿法粉碎提取法提取10min后的绿原酸提出率明显高于回流提取法提取45min的提出率(P<0.05),湿法粉碎提取法提取20min的绿原酸提出率明显高于超声提取法提取30min的提出率(P<0.05)。回流提取法及超声提取法提取时间越长,其有效成分的提出率越低;湿法粉碎提取法及回流提取法的出膏率接近,均略高于超声提取法。结论湿法粉碎提取法用于金银花有效成分提取时,不仅可缩短提取时间,还可提高有效成分的提出率。
Objective To investigate the specific application and extraction of wet pulverization extraction in the extraction of the active ingredients of Chinese medicine. Methods The average number of honeysuckle was 7, the numbers were 1 ~ 7, the first 3 groups were respectively extracted by wet grinding extraction method for 10, 20 and 30 min; the 4 and 5 groups were extracted by reflux extraction for 45 and 90 min; 7 groups were extracted by ultrasonic extraction 30,45min. The extraction rate of chlorogenic acid and the rate of the extraction of chlorogenic acid in the extraction results of the seven groups were compared to analyze the extraction effect of the method. Results The proposed rate of extraction of chlorogenic acid after 10 min of extraction by wet method was significantly higher than that of extraction by reflux extraction for 45 min (P <0.05). The extraction rate of chlorogenic acid extracted by wet pulverization extraction for 20 min was significantly higher than that of ultrasonic extraction Method to extract the proposed rate of 30min (P <0.05). The longer the extraction time was, the lower the proposed rate of active ingredients was. The extraction rates of wet pulverization and reflux extraction were similar to those of ultrasonic extraction. Conclusion The method of wet pulverization extraction for the extraction of active ingredients of honeysuckle not only shortens the extraction time, but also improves the proposed rate of active ingredients.
