采用《大学英语教师职业认同量表》对全国15个省市自治区,38所高校的811位大学英语教师进行问卷调查(有效问卷750份),并对其中22位教师进行深度访谈。本文考察了我国大学英语教师职业认同现状,并对不同性别、教龄、学位、职称、高校类型等变量对职业认同的影响进行了分析。
A questionnaire survey was conducted among 811 college English teachers in 38 universities in 15 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities (750 valid questionnaires) using the “College English Teachers Occupational Approval Scale” and 22 in-depth interviews with 22 teachers. This paper examines the status quo of college English teachers’ professional identity in China and analyzes the influence of different gender, teaching age, degree, title, college type and other variables on career identity.
