使用Pro/E软件对多功能强力液压支架试验台进行了主体结构三维设计,并根据试验标准的要求对试验台主体进行负载计算,然后进行基于ANSYS的有限元分析和优化设计。经过优化设计的试验台符合强度要求。
The Pro / E software was used to design the main structure of the multi-purpose strong hydraulic support test stand. The main body of the test rig was subjected to load calculation according to the requirements of the test standards, and then the finite element analysis and optimization design based on ANSYS was carried out. Optimized design of the test bed meets the strength requirements.
