目的:观察脾胃湿热证模型大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质(HPA)轴相关指标的变化情况,并探讨王氏连朴饮的调控作用。方法:将40只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组及王氏连朴饮高、中、低剂量组。通过称量法计算肾上腺指数;采用放射免疫法检测大鼠血浆促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、血清皮质醇(Cor)的水平。结果:造模成功后大鼠肾上腺指数增高,血浆CRH、ACTH及血清Cor升高(P<0.05),王氏连朴饮各剂量以上指标均有降低作用,以中剂量效果最好(P<0.05)。结论:脾胃湿热证大鼠HPA轴功能亢进,而王氏连朴饮通过调节神经-内分泌系统可以改善大鼠HPA轴功能状态。
Objective: To observe the changes of the related indexes of hypothalamus - pituitary - adrenal cortex (HPA) axis in rats with spleen - stomach damp - heat syndrome and to explore the regulation of Wang Lian Pu drink. Methods: Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group and Wang Lian Pu Yin high, medium and low dose groups. The adrenal index was calculated by weighing method. The level of plasma corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH), adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and serum cortisol (COR) were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: Adrenal index increased, plasma CRH, ACTH and serum Cor increased (P <0.05), and Wanglian Puyin had lower effect on all the above indexes, and the best effect was middle dose (P < 0.05). Conclusion: HPA axis hypersensitivity in rats with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome, and Wang Lian Pu Yin can improve the functional status of HPA axis in rats by regulating the neuroendocrine system.
