采用水热合成方法制备了具有片状结构的纳米 Cu O催化剂。该催化剂在温和的条件下对以分子氧为氧化剂的异丙苯氧化反应表现出高效的催化活性。在 85℃、常压、催化剂用量为 0 .0 2 g/ m L异丙苯的条件下 ,反应 9h,异丙苯的转化率、选择性和收率分别为 5 5 .1%、94 .1%和 5 1.8%。研究发现 ,该纳米 Cu O催化剂可以循环使用。同时对该纳米 Cu O催化剂催化其它含有α- H的芳烃化合物甲苯和乙苯的氧化反应进行了研究。实验结果表明 ,该催化剂的活性顺序为异丙苯 >乙苯 >>甲苯
Nanocrystalline CuO catalysts with sheetlike structure were prepared by hydrothermal method. The catalyst shows high catalytic activity under mild conditions for cumene oxidation using molecular oxygen as oxidant. Under the conditions of 85 ℃, atmospheric pressure and catalyst dosage of 0. 02 g / m L cumene, the conversion, selectivity and yield of cumene were respectively 5 5 .1%, 94. 1% and 5 1.8%. The study found that the nano-Cu O catalyst can be recycled. At the same time, the oxidation of toluene and ethylbenzene of other α-H-containing aromatic compounds catalyzed by the CuO catalyst was studied. The experimental results show that the order of the activity of the catalyst is cumene> ethylbenzene >> toluene
