[目的]观察六味地黄丸联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将63例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。两组均给予低盐、低脂、优质低蛋白饮食,并严格控制血压、血糖在正常范围内,适当利尿消肿及一般对症支持处理,维持水电解质与酸碱平衡。对照组30例缬沙坦分散片,80mg/次,1次/d。治疗组33例六味地黄丸,6g/次,2次/d。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、尿蛋白指标[尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿微量白蛋白(ALB)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)]、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效13例,有效16例,无效4例,总有效率87.88%。对照组显效6例,有效13例,无效11例,总有效率63.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。尿蛋白指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]六味地黄丸联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病效果显著,值得推广。 [Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Liuweidihuangwan combined with valsartan on diabetic nephropathy. Urine protein index improved in both groups (P <0.01), the treatment group improved better than the control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Liuweidihuangwan combined with valsartan has significant effect on diabetic nephropathy and is worth promoting.
