在全球经济快速发展的情况下,各行业面临的市场竞争者不断加剧,给企业管理提出了更高要求,以获得更多客户的认可,从而增强企业销售量和整体效益。根据企业顾客关系管理的整体情况来看,采用定向促销方式,不仅有利于降低企业的运行成本,还能促进企业发展目标更快实现,对于推动企业可持续发展有着重要影响。本文就定向促销在企业顾客关系管理上产生的作用进行分析,提出基于定向促销的企业顾客关系管理策略,以促进企业整体管理水平快速提升。
With the rapid development of the global economy, market competitors in various industries are constantly experiencing increasing demands on business management, so as to gain more customers’ recognition and enhance their sales volume and overall profitability. According to the overall situation of enterprise customer relationship management, the use of directional sales promotion not only helps to reduce the operating costs of enterprises, but also promotes the realization of enterprise development goals more quickly and has an important impact on promoting the sustainable development of enterprises. In this paper, the role of directed marketing in enterprise customer relationship management is analyzed, and the strategy of customer relationship management based on directed marketing is proposed to promote the rapid improvement of the overall management of the enterprise.
