在班主任工作中有些稍纵即逝的事件,也许隐藏着巨大的教育价值。这就要求班主任在班级管理中要有敏锐的“眼”,善于发现;要有迅疾的“手”,善于捕捉;要有睿智的“脑”,善于利用。一句话,要求班主任善于敏锐地识别教育契机,及时抓住它并加以利用。这样教师的精神之爱在尊重与信任的基础上,在宽容与乐观的期待中,存在于无言的感动和人性的光辉里。从这个意义上说,班级管理的过程就是师生情感交流的过程,那一个个契机就是创造成功的过程。
Some fleeting incidents in the class teacher’s work may hide huge educational value. This requires the head teacher to have a keen “eye” in class management and be good at discovering; to have a swift “hand” to be good at capturing; to have a wise “brain” and to be good at using it. In a word, the head teacher is required to be keen to identify education opportunities and seize it in time and use it. In this way, the teacher’s spiritual love is based on respect and trust. In tolerance and optimistic expectations, there is silent touch and glory in human nature. In this sense, the process of class management is the process of emotional communication between teachers and students. One opportunity is to create a successful process.
