公立医院可持续发展的经济来源主要依靠政府财政补贴和医院的自身收入,随着新医改放案和配套措施的逐步实施,“以药补医”的公立医院补偿模式正在发生改变,为此,必须要加快健全和完善公立医院的补偿机制。本文对公立医院补偿机制现状进行了分析,探讨并提出了如何进一步完善公立医院补偿机制的政策和措施。
The economic source of sustainable development of public hospitals relies mainly on government financial subsidies and the hospital’s own income. With the gradual implementation of new medical reform and supporting measures, the public hospital compensation model of “supplement medicine with medicine” is changing as Therefore, we must speed up and perfect the compensation mechanism of public hospitals. This paper analyzes the status quo of public hospital compensation mechanism, discusses and proposes how to further improve the public hospital compensation mechanism policies and measures.
