资金是企业赖以生存和发展的基础,对建筑施工企业来说亦是如此。在服务同质化、恶性竞争不断加剧的今天,建筑施工企业为工程垫资、欠款难以回收的现象屡见不鲜,导致建筑施工企业的流动资金较为短缺,因而,建筑施工企业的资金管理显得越来越重要。为此,本文探讨了建筑施工企业资金管理普遍存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的完善对策,以期能为我国建筑施工企业的资金管理工作提供参考。
