一、引言“工作倦怠”是美国的费登伯格(Freudenberger)于1974年提出的,一般认为它是由职业压力引起的以身心极度疲惫为标志的综合反应。工作倦怠常常发生于从事助人职业的个体身上,它的主要特点是对服务对象的冷漠和不负责任;情绪和身体的衰竭感以及各种各样的身心症状,如疲劳、易激怒、焦虑和抑郁等
I. INTRODUCTION “Job burnout” was put forward by Freudenberger in the United States in 1974. It is generally considered as a comprehensive response caused by occupational stress and marked by extreme physical and mental exhaustion. Job burnout often occurs in individuals who are engaged in helping people.
