在河南沿黄稻区原阳县的潮土上设置田间试验 ,用H2 SO4 —H2 O2 消煮—重量法测定各生育时期稻株各器官中含硅量 ,结果表明 :水稻分蘖期及叶鞘中含硅量最高 ;开花以后是吸硅最多的时期 ,其阶段吸硅量随生育时期推移呈指数曲线分布 ;拔节前大部分硅分配在叶鞘中 ,拔节后叶片、叶鞘中硅的分配率比较均衡 ,成熟时以穗中分配较多
A field experiment was set up on the tidal soil of Yuanyang County in the area along the Yellow River in Henan Province. The content of silicon in various organs of rice plants was determined by H2 SO4-H2 O2 digestion-gravimetric method. The results showed that during the tillering stage and in the sheath Silicon content is the highest after flowering; silicon absorption is the most time after flowering, the amount of silicon absorption is distributed exponentially with the growth period; most of the silicon is distributed in leaf sheath before jointing, and the distribution ratio of silicon in leaf sheath and sheath after jointing Balanced, spike in maturity to allocate more
