1病例资料患者,男性,31岁,系男男性行为者。确诊艾滋病(AIDS)1个月余,抗反转录病毒治疗(ART)前检查血常规、肝功、心电图、肺CT均未提示异常。肾功正常:血尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen,BUN):3.69μmol/L,血肌酐(Serum creatinine,CREA):58.9umol/L,CD4~+T细胞(简称CD4细胞)计数:51个/μL,艾滋病病毒(HIV)病毒载量:3.41×10~5拷贝/mL。患者无手术、外伤及输血史,无饮酒史及化学毒物接触史,无肾病等基础性疾病病史。患者于2015 1 case data patients, male, 31 years old, male sex workers.
