商住楼是一种较常见的房屋建筑形式,它底部一层或两层为商业用房,上部为多层普通住宅。近年来随着房地产业的不断升温,商住楼项目所占比例不断的加大。然而《建筑设计防火规范》(GB500l6-2006)对商住楼的消防设计的规定却不十分明确,使设计人员对商住楼的消防给水设计存在很多困惑。本文从商住楼的分类、商住楼的火灾特点出发,针对消防给水设计中遇到的设计实例,对一些规范未明确的问题进行了分析,并就是否设计消防给水以及如何设计消防给水的问题,提出解决办法供大家参考。
