采用溶剂抽提与溶胀法研究了煤-煤及煤-溶剂间非共价键力对煤大分子溶胀行为的影响。煤在非极性溶剂中的溶胀行为反映了煤-煤分子间作用力的大小,煤在碳含量81%~83%范围内有最小的分子间作用力,溶胀率最大。煤在极性溶剂中的溶胀行为由煤-溶剂间作用强弱决定,其溶胀率随碳含量增加而减小。煤大分子交联键性质包括共价与非共价交联两部分的贡献。共价交联存在于结构单元之间,非共价交联主要存在于片断之间,部分存在于结构单元之间。
The effects of non-covalent bond forces between coal-coal and coal-solvent on the swelling behavior of coal were studied by solvent extraction and swelling methods. The swelling behavior of coal in non-polar solvents reflects the magnitude of the interaction between coal and coal. Coal has the smallest intermolecular force and the highest swelling rate in the range of 81% -83% of carbon content. The swelling behavior of coal in polar solvents is determined by the strength of coal-solvent interaction, and its swelling rate decreases with the increase of carbon content. The nature of cross-linking bonds of coal macromolecules includes the contribution of covalent and non-covalent cross-linking. Covalent cross-linking exists between the structural units, non-covalent cross-linking exists mainly between the fragments, partially between the structural units.
