烟叶是一类高货值的大宗农产品,具有重要的检疫意义。近年,我国进口烟叶的数量逐年增长,进口来源地不同,烟叶检疫和监管也有新的变化。本文对深圳口岸进口烟叶检疫现状和存在的问题进行分析与探讨,为加强和完善进口烟叶现场检疫和后续监管提供参考。 Tobacco leaf is a kind of high value bulk agricultural products, which has important significance in quarantine. In recent years, the number of imported tobacco in China has increased year by year with different sources of imports and new changes have taken place in the quarantine and supervision of tobacco leaves. This article analyzes and discusses the quarantine situation and existing problems of tobacco imports from Shenzhen Port, and provides reference for strengthening and improving on-site quarantine and follow-up supervision of imported tobacco leaves.
