From the colonial rule to the sovereignty and sovereignty of Canada, the stormy history of only a few centuries has created a unique constitution. British and French colonists not only left traces of reign over this North American land but also impressed the Canadian constitution deeply. This article attempts to analyze the characteristics of the Canadian constitution, its historical evolution, and compare it with the constitutions of other countries. The Constitution of Canada is both a written constitution and an unwritten constitution. It is both a relatively flexible constitution and a rigid one. It not only emphasizes the constitutional monarchy but also reflects the sovereignty of the people.
