目的:研究栀子果实中的化学成分。方法:采用各种柱色谱方法分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从栀子的果实中分离并鉴定了10个化合物,分别为山栀子苷(1),去乙酰车叶草苷酸(2),8-羟基-十五烷二酸(3),肌醇(4),densispinin D(5),3,4-二羟基哌啶酸(6),3-羟基哌啶酸(7),α-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→1’)-3’-氨基-3’-去氧-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8),β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→6’)-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9),β-D-吡喃半乳糖基-(1→6’)-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)。结论:化合物2~10均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of gardenia fruit. Methods: Various kinds of column chromatography were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of compounds were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results: Ten compounds were isolated and identified from Fructus Gardeniae fruit, namely, gardenoside (1), deacetylated glyoxal (2), 8-hydroxy-pentadecanedioic acid Inositol (4), densispinin D (5), 3,4-dihydroxypyridinic acid (6), 3- hydroxypiperidinic acid (7), α-D-glucopyranosyl- (1 → 1 ’ Amino-3’-deoxy-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), β-D-xylopyranosyl- (1 → 6 ’) - O-β-D-glucopyranose (9), β-D-galactopyranosyl- (1 → 6 ’) - O-β-D-glucopyranoside (10). Conclusion: Compounds 2 ~ 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
