目的:为获得大量无性系植株而开展扦插繁殖技术研究。方法:本文采用白簕根和茎为育苗材料,对其不同材料、不同季节等扦插繁殖的条件进行了筛选。结果:发现茎比根成活率高;半木质化茎生根成活率高;其中基部切段成活率高;秋季扦插效果最好。带叶插条在用1500mg/L的IBA速蘸10s预处理后扦插于沙质土上,盖上薄膜和遮阳网,生根率高达89.4%。结论:秋季采集半木质化基部茎,剪成带叶插穗,经过1500mg/L的IBA速蘸10s后扦插于沙质土,能明显提高生根率。
Objective: To develop a large number of clonal plant cutting technology to carry out research. Methods: In this paper, the roots and stems of white catfish as seedling materials, the different materials, different seasons and other cutting propagation conditions were screened. Results: The survival rate of the stems was higher than that of the roots. The survival rate of the semi-lignified stems was high. The survival rate of the cuttings at the base was high. The cutting effect was the best in autumn. The leaf cuttings were pretreated with 1500 mg / L IBA for 10s and then cut into sandy soil. The film was covered with a film and shading net, and the rooting rate was as high as 89.4%. Conclusion: The stems of semi-lignified stems were harvested in autumn, and the cuttings were cut into slender leaves. After the silages were dipped in 1500 mg / L IBA for 10 seconds, they were cut into sandy soil, and the rooting rate could be obviously increased.
