先期去毛脱脂干驴皮置封闭管中于130℃下分别加热2,4,6和8h化胶。所得胶液澄清后干燥成胶。4h化胶成品得率已达最高值。4种阿胶制剂吸光系数与参比明胶一致,然其特性粘度随化皮时间延长而下降。此外,阿胶中另一成分硫酸皮肤素经电泳及光度法测定表明发生明显降解。
The pre-heated non-skimmed donkey skin was placed in a closed tube and heated at 130°C for 2, 4, 6 and 8 hours, respectively. The resulting glue solution is clarified and dried to form a gel. 4h finished product yield has reached the highest value. The absorptivity of the four gelatin formulations was the same as that of the reference gelatin, whereas the intrinsic viscosity decreased with the prolonged time of the explants. In addition, dermatan sulfate, another component in gelatin, was determined by electrophoresis and photometry to show significant degradation.
