建立用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)测定石杉科植物中石杉碱甲 (huperzineA)含量的方法。方法与结果 :按照常规的方法提取出石杉总生物碱 ,用HPLC对总碱直接进行分析。色谱条件如下 :SpherisorbC18分析柱 ,检测波长 2 31.3nm ;甲醇∶水 ( 85∶15,体积分数 )作为流动相 ,流速 1ml/min。外标法测定。该方法的线性范围是 0 .4 1~ 6.15mg/L ;平均加样回收率为99.72 %~ 10 0 .0 9%。相对标准差为 0 .33%~ 0 .4 5%。结论 :建立了用HPLC测定石杉科植物中石杉碱甲含量的方法 ,该方法快速、灵敏、准确。
A method was developed for the determination of huperzine A in Huperzine plants by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods and results: Total alkaloids were extracted according to the conventional method and total alkaloids were analyzed directly by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Spherisorb C18 analytical column, detection wavelength 231.3 nm; methanol:water (85:15, volume fraction) as mobile phase, flow rate 1 ml/min. External standard method. The linear range of this method was 0.41 to 6.15 mg/L; the average recovery was 99.72% to 100.09%. The relative standard deviation is 0.33% to 0.4%. Conclusion : A method for the determination of huperzine A in Huperzaceae plants was established by HPLC. The method was rapid, sensitive and accurate.
