文章将肿瘤微环境敏感型纳米载药系统(Tumor microenvironment sensitive nano drug delivery system,TMS-NDDS)分为p H值敏感型、酶敏感型、还原敏感型、温度敏感型、复合敏感型5种类型进行了综述。TMSNDDS基于肿瘤微环境低p H值、多种酶和谷胱甘肽高表达以及肿瘤组织对高热更为敏感等特点设计,使其在正常生理组织和血液循环中稳定存在,到达肿瘤组织后通过化学键断裂或结构解聚两种方式响应性释放药物。TMS-NDDS具有提高肿瘤化疗药物治疗效果,减轻药物毒副作用的优势,显示出良好的运送肿瘤化疗药物能力,具有极大发展前景。
