针对多层包扎容器结构特点,对声发射技术在多层包扎容器检测中应注意的问题进行了探讨。提出对于多层包扎容器,其多层卷板筒节中活性缺陷的探测不应采用时差三角形定位方法,而应在环焊缝上线形布置传感器,以保证传感器收到的信号真实地反映源的强度和活度;而在整体锻造的封头上推荐采用时差三角形定位方法,并对其原因进行了详细分析,同时对信号的处理问题也给出了建议。
According to the structural characteristics of multi-layer dressing container, the problems that should be paid attention to in the testing of multi-layer dressing container are discussed.
