为了解决原油港口扩建项目中依靠传统标准计算法对泊位组通过能力评估局限性的问题,对泊位组的通过能力计算方法开展研究。通过对标准计算法、排队计算法及数值模拟法的对比分析,结果表明:标准计算法只是单纯的单泊位通过能力的叠加,对于泊位组的计算精确度有限;排队论计算法公式较为复杂,不适于工程应用;数值模拟法依赖于计算机穷举计算,输入条件有限制,不能很好的模拟真实情况。因此,针对原油港口泊位组需要新的工程计算方法对其通过能力计算进行补充。结合以上3种方法,提出了更合理的原油港口泊位组通过能力计算方法,有助于提高港口评估能力的工程计算精确度。
In order to solve the problem of the limitation of capability assessment of berth group relying on traditional standard calculation method in crude oil port expansion project, the calculation method of berth group’s passing ability is studied. The comparison between standard calculation method, queuing calculation method and numerical simulation method shows that the standard calculation method is only a simple superposition of passing capacities of single berths, and the calculation accuracy of the berth group is limited. The formula of the queuing theory calculation method is rather complicated, Not suitable for engineering applications; numerical simulation method relies on computer exhaustive calculation, the input conditions are limited, not well simulated real situation. As a result, a new engineering approach to berths for crude oil seaports needs to be complemented by capacity calculations. Combining the above three methods, a more reasonable calculation method for the capacity of berths of crude oil ports is put forward, which helps to improve the engineering calculation accuracy of port assessment capability.
