目的 :建立新药肝康颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法 :HPLC法 ,waterODSC18柱 ,乙腈 - 1%磷酸溶液 (9∶91)为流动相 ;检测波长为 32 7nm ;柱温 30℃。结果 :绿原酸线性范围为 0 .15~ 0 .9μg ,平均回收率99.8% ,RSD为 2 .6 %。结论 :方法可靠 ,简单可行 ,为控制肝康颗粒的内在质量提供了科学依据
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Xinyao Gankang granules. Methods: HPLC method, waterODSC18 column, acetonitrile-1% phosphoric acid solution (9:91) as mobile phase; detection wavelength was 32 7nm; column temperature 30°C. Results: The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.15~0.9μg, the average recovery was 99.8%, RSD was 2.6%. Conclusion: The method is reliable, simple and feasible, and provides a scientific basis for controlling the intrinsic quality of Gankang granules.
