EB病毒感染与Burkitt淋巴瘤、鼻咽癌的发生发展密切相关。EBVDNA与细胞基因组DNA整合后可导致一些与细胞生长、肿瘤形成有关的重要基因表达异常,促进细胞恶性转化。研究病毒整合的方法主要有荧光原位杂交(FISH),Southernblot,多聚酶链反应(PCR)和反向PCR(IPCR),构建细胞或组织基因组文库并筛选阳性克隆等。
EB virus infection and Burkitt lymphoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma are closely related to the occurrence and development. The integration of EBVDNA with cell genomic DNA leads to abnormal expression of some important genes involved in cell growth and tumor formation and promotes the malignant transformation of cells. The main methods to study the virus integration are fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), Southern blot, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and reverse PCR (IPCR), construction of cell or tissue genomic libraries and screening of positive clones.
