采用基于分布式多场景的时序分析方法,在此基础上设计不影响建立时间的保持时间违规的快速修复方案。通过在时序签核工具PrimeTime里构建覆盖所有模式和工艺角的多场景环境,结合PrimeTime的快速时序修复命令和脚本,实现不影响建立时间违规的前提下用尽量少的缓冲器快速修复保持时间违规。基于UniCore的实验显示,这种方案大大加速时序违规修复,节省静态时序分析的时间。
Based on the distributed multi-scenario time-series analysis method, based on this, a quick repair scheme of keeping-time violation that does not affect establishment time is designed. Build a multi-scene environment that covers all patterns and process corners in PrimeTime’s ticketing tool, combined with PrimeTime’s fast timing fix commands and scripts, to quickly fix hold time violations without impacting the time-lag violations with as few buffers as possible . Experiments based on UniCore show that this scheme greatly accelerates timing violation fixes and saves time for static timing analysis.
