耐蚀钢轨U68CuCr是新研发的钢轨品种,通过对预热闪光焊接工艺研究,制定出100m耐蚀钢轨闪光焊接工艺。根据试验结果可以得出,当焊接热输入量在6 600~6 700kJ,预热达到10次,预热峰值短路电流71.3kA,短路时间3~4s,快闪时间1.2~1.5s,顶锻力达到420kN,顶锻量为11~12mm,焊接总耗时130s,焊接后的钢轨焊头各项性能满足TB/T 1632-2005《钢轨焊接》的要求。按照该闪光焊工艺焊接的钢轨,已在京广铁路上使用。
