邻苯二甲酸酯类物质(PAEs)作为一类增塑剂得到广泛应用,但由于具有发育和生殖毒性,给生态环境和人类健康造成巨大的威胁。本文阐述饮用水环境及产品中的邻苯二甲酸酯类物质分析方法及赋存特征的研究进展。已有研究表明,我国饮用水环境及产品中已普遍检测出PAEs,但对于市售瓶装水产品中的PAEs研究还十分有限,传统的饮用水处理技术不能有效去除水中痕量PAEs。指出如何加强对饮用水环境、市售饮用水产品中PAEs类物质的分析和监测,建立快速有效的分析方法和预测模型来评价PAEs对生态和人类健康的影响,加强对饮用水生产工艺、输送、包装材料的改进等,是值得进一步深入研究的重要方向。
Phthalates (PAEs) are widely used as a kind of plasticizer, but pose a great threat to the ecological environment and human health because of their developmental and reproductive toxicity. This article elaborates the research progress of the analysis methods and the characteristics of the phthalates in drinking water environment and products. Studies have shown that PAEs are commonly detected in drinking water environment and products in our country. However, the research on PAEs in commercially available bottled aquatic products is still very limited. Traditional drinking water treatment technology can not effectively remove trace PAEs in water. It points out how to strengthen the analysis and monitoring of PAEs in drinking water environment and commercial drinking water products, establish fast and effective analysis methods and prediction models to evaluate the impact of PAEs on ecology and human health, and strengthen the monitoring of drinking water production process, transportation , Packaging materials, etc., is an important direction worth further study.
