运用Malmquist指数方法,对中国31个省(直辖市)医药制造业科技创新效率进行动态评价。结果表明,2009~2013年中国医药制造业科技创新效率在技术进步效率、纯技术效率和规模效率的共同作用下年均增长10.6%,即科技创新效率在科技进步、科技管理水平提高及科技创新投入结构改善的共同促进下实现了快速增长。
Using the Malmquist index method, we dynamically evaluate the innovation efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing in 31 provinces and municipalities in China. The results show that from 2009 to 2013, the efficiency of science and technology innovation in China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry increased by 10.6% annually with the progress of technological progress, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. That is to say, the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation is increasing with the progress of science and technology, the improvement of science and technology management and the innovation of science and technology With the joint promotion of structural improvements, rapid growth has been achieved.
