兰州某中学教学楼为四层砖混结构,建于1985年,经鉴定需要对其进行抗震加固。常规加固方法对学校的正常教学影响较大,为尽量减少施工过程中对教学楼的影响,降低综合造价,采用隔震加固方法。依据现行设计规范对其进行隔震加固设计,分析结果表明,该教学楼采用基础隔震进行抗震加固后,可通过降低隔震层上部结构的设防烈度来降低其抗震构造要求,从而满足抗震鉴定标准,达到抗震加固的目的;采用基础隔震加固方法对原教学楼使用功能、内部装修、管线等影响较小,可减少内部装修和管线恢复的费用,施工周期较短,学校可以利用假期完成教学楼的加固施工。
