建立模型的目的是研究螺杆泵力学等性能的基础,而采油单螺杆泵定-转子线型在一定的范围内会产生打扣现象,这时的轮廓线就成为彼此相连接的多条封闭曲线,现有的建模软件不支持此类线型的扫略和拉伸操作,因此模型难以建立,现在大多数参数化建模的程序也都是避开了打扣这一问题。本研究以VS2008和Grip嵌套的形式,通过内部程序的编制解决了这一缺陷,为单螺杆泵线型及力学等性能的研究提供了一定的参考。
