预习是培养学生自主学习能力的重要途径,是法学教学改革的助推器。教学改革中突显出学生对预习的不重视、预习效果难有成效、预习后提不出疑问等问题,原因在于教师固有授课方式未及时转变、缺乏有效教学组织及评价机制等因素的影响,解决的措施在于整合教学内容、细化预习题目、鼓励学生质疑,并改革评价机制。
