Ag11In12 Te2 6Sb51相变光盘的反射率对比度和信噪比受初始化条件影响很大。研究表明 ,反射率对比度基本随功率增加而增大 ,随转速增加而减小 ,不同波长处的反射率对比度相差比较大 ;信噪比随初始化功率和转速的增加都是先增大后减小 ;最佳初始化条件为 :功率为1 30 0~ 1 5 0 0 m W,转速为 3.6~ 4.8m/s。
The reflectivity contrast and signal-to-noise ratio of the Ag11In12 Te2 6Sb51 phase-change optical disk are strongly influenced by the initialization conditions. The results show that the contrast ratio of reflectivity increases with the increase of power and decreases with the increase of revolving speed, and the contrast ratio of reflectivity at different wavelengths is relatively large. The SNR increases first and then decreases with the increase of initial power and speed The optimum initial conditions are: power of 130 ~ 1500 mW, rotation speed of 3.6 ~ 4.8m / s.
