随着《国家体质健康标准》实行,全国各地的中小学都在推进学生体质健康测试,而这种高度重视的练习是一把双刃剑,有利也有弊。弊端就是为应付测试而大量占用体育课、大课间的时间,练习内容枯燥乏味,抑制学生体育锻炼的兴趣。本文为解决这个弊端,从小学生的体育意识的培养和科学合理的练习两个方面进行研究,以寻求好的策略来有效提高小学生的体质健康测试成绩,为广大一线小学体育教师提供一些方式方法。1概念界定
With the implementation of “National Physical Health Standard”, primary and secondary schools in all parts of the country are promoting students’ physical health tests. This highly valued practice is a double-edged sword, which has advantages and disadvantages. Drawbacks are to cope with the test and occupy a large number of physical education classes, big time between classes, practice content boring, restrain student interest in physical exercise. In order to solve this problem, this paper studies from two aspects of primary school students ’sports awareness and scientific and reasonable practice in order to find a good strategy to effectively improve the primary school students’ physical health test scores and provide some ways and means for the majority of primary primary school physical education teachers. 1 concept definition
