任务驱动是信息技术课最常用的教学方法之一,在课堂教学中,教师通常会精心设计一些教学任务。为使学生更好地完成任务,教师还会给出一些操作的提示说明或帮助文档,有的“帮助”文档直接把操作的详细步骤告诉给学生,学生只需简单模仿操作即可,这样的“帮助”虽然使学生顺利完成了操作任务,但却不利于培养和提高学生的信息素养。本文从两个案例说起,谈谈对“任务帮助”设计的看法。
