目的研究蜘蛛香的化学成分。方法采用大孔吸附树脂AB-8、硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶LH-20柱层析等方法进行分离纯化,利用1 H-NMR、13 C-NMR等波谱技术对化合物的结构进行解析。结果分离并鉴定了2个倍半萜类化合物、1个环烯醚萜内酯和4个环烯醚萜类化合物,分别为:8-acetoxyl-patchouli alcohol(1)、8-hydroxyl-pathouli alcohol(2)、jatamanin A(3)、11-ethoxyviburtinal(4)、baldrinal(5)、11-methoxyviburtinal(6)、deacylbaldrinal(7)。结论化合物2为首次从蜘蛛香中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of spider incense. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by macroporous resin AB-8, silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were determined by 1 H-NMR and 13 C-NMR spectroscopy. Analysis. Results Two sesquiterpenes, one iridoid and four iridoid compounds were isolated and identified as 8-acetoxyl-patchouli alcohol (1), 8-hydroxyl-pathouli alcohol (2), jatamanin A (3), 11-ethoxyviburtinal (4), baldinal (5), 11-methoxyviburtinal (6), deacylbaldrinal (7). Conclusion Compound 2 was isolated from spider incense for the first time.
