从今年7月1日起,未列入非处方药药品目录的各种抗菌药物,零售药店必须凭执业医师处方才能销售。这一规定自去年10月公布以来,引起各界高度关注。老百姓心存疑虑:“今后感冒发烧头疼脑热,买药还得上医院,那么,看病成本是否会提高,看病是否会更难﹖分药品销”部售单位则抱怨,新规定将影响他们的经营效益。针对种种疑虑,来自河南省食品药品监督局安监处处长赵英、河南省人民医院呼吸内科主任马希涛和省人民医院药剂科主任医师秦玉花等3位专家释疑:实行部分抗菌药凭医生处方购买,不会导致老百姓买药治病不方便,相反,是为了更加安全合理地用药,并有可能降低看病成本。
