探讨利用繁茂膜海绵(Hymeniacidon perlevis)调控大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus)水环境中病原细菌的可行性,并与抗生素和加大水交换量的调控效果对比。在1.5 m3大菱鲆水环境(15~18℃)中持续实验六周,与对照组相比,海绵处理组平均粪大肠菌群、致病性弧菌和总细菌分别降低了60.0%~90.2%、37.6%~81.6%和45.1%~83.9%;抗生素(10 mg/L+10 mg/L呋喃西林)处理组三类细菌分别降低了6.7%~60.8%、-11.9%~48.4%和-4.8%~52.3%;水交换量加倍组三类细菌分别降低了25.0%~82.7%、26.8%~82.7%和15.8%~78.8%。结果表明,繁茂膜海绵能有效调控大菱鲆水环境中病原细菌,其效果好于抗生素(10 mg/L+10 mg/L呋喃西林)和水交换量加倍的调控效果。
To explore the feasibility of using Hymeniacidon perlevis to control pathogenic bacteria in water environment of Scophthalmus maximus, and to compare with the control effect of antibiotics and water exchange. In 1.5 m3 turbot water environment (15 ~ 18 ℃) for six weeks, compared with the control group, the average fecal coliform group, pathogenic Vibrio and total bacteria decreased by 60.0% ~ 90.2 %, 37.6% -81.6% and 45.1% -83.9% respectively. The three kinds of bacteria in antibiotic treatment group decreased by 6.7% -60.8%, -11.9% -48.4% and -4.8 % -52.3%. The three types of bacteria in the water exchange doubled group decreased by 25.0% -82.7%, 26.8% -82.7% and 15.8% -78.8%, respectively. The results showed that the lush membrane sponge could effectively control pathogenic bacteria in water environment of turbot, and its effect was better than that of antibiotic (10 mg / L + 10 mg / L nitrofurazone) and doubled water exchange.
