目的研究γ干扰素能否增强宫颈癌细胞对特异性效应细胞杀伤作用的敏感性,并对其作用机制进行探讨。方法采用细胞毒性试验观察不同剂量γ干扰素增强宫颈癌细胞对特异性效应细胞杀伤作用敏感性的影响,采用流式细胞术检测宫颈癌细胞HLA-A2分子和CD54的表达。结果γ干扰素可剂量依赖性地增强宫颈癌细胞对特异性效应细胞杀伤作用敏感性,并能增加宫颈癌细胞HLA-A2分子和CD54的表达。结论γ干扰素可增强宫颈癌细胞对特异性效应细胞杀伤作用的敏感性,其作用机制与其上调宫颈癌细胞表面HLA-A2分子和CD54分子表达有关。
Objective To investigate whether γ interferon enhances the sensitivity of cervical cancer cells to specific effector cell killing and to investigate its mechanism. Methods Cytotoxicity assay was used to observe the effect of different doses of interferon-γ on the sensitivity of cervical cancer cells to killing cells. The expression of HLA-A2 and CD54 in cervical cancer cells was detected by flow cytometry. Results Gamma interferon could sensitize cervical cancer cells to specific effector cells in a dose-dependent manner and increase the expression of HLA-A2 molecules and CD54 in cervical cancer cells. Conclusion Interferon gamma enhances the sensitivity of cervical cancer cells to specific effector cell killing, and its mechanism is related to its upregulation of HLA-A2 and CD54 on the surface of cervical cancer cells.
