基于一台增压中冷柴油机,研究了不同丁醇-柴油掺混比(D100、Bu10、Bu20和Bu40)混合燃料发动机在负荷特性下的缸内压力变动及进排气参数的变化规律。结果表明:随着丁醇混合比例的提高,燃烧始点、最大压力点和最大压力升高率点对应曲轴转角都滞后,最大压力升高率明显增大,压力峰值循环稳定性变差;进气增压比降低;进气质量流量减小,空燃比变小;中冷后进气温度升高,且在低速低负荷时更明显,而涡后排气温度基本不变。
Based on a turbocharged and intercooled diesel engine, the variation of in-cylinder pressure and the parameters of intake and exhaust were studied under different loading characteristics of butanol-diesel mixture (D100, Bu10, Bu20 and Bu40). The results show that with the increase of the mixing ratio of butanol, the crank angle of the starting point, the maximum pressure point and the maximum pressure increase rate are both lagging behind, and the maximum pressure rise rate obviously increases and the pressure peak cycle stability deteriorates. The turbocharged ratio is lower; the mass flow of intake air is reduced and the air-fuel ratio is smaller; the temperature of the intake air is increased after the intercooling and more pronounced at low speed and low load, while the exhaust temperature after the vortex is basically unchanged.
