目的:研究山慈菇醇提物的乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱对山慈菇醇提物的乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物。结果:从山慈菇乙酸乙酯部位分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:富马酸(1)、邻苯二甲酸二乙基己酯(2)、L-焦谷氨酸(3)、2-呋喃羧酸(4)、香草酸(5)、对香豆酸(6)、原儿茶酸(7)。结论:其中,化合物1~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate fraction of Acoruspenicillata alcoholic extract. Methods: The ethyl acetate fraction of Acorus olivora was extracted by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from Echinochloa crusgalli, identified as fumaric acid (1), diethylhexyl phthalate (2), L-pyroglutamic acid (3) 2-furancarboxylic acid (4), vanillic acid (5), p-coumaric acid (6) and protocatechuic acid (7). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1-6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
