“员工第一”是落实“顾客至上”的根本保证,如果员工心情不愉快,怎么能善待顾客?所以,各级领导要善待你的下属,各职能科室要善待我们的员工。一、把80%的命令变成培训,把90%的批评变为欣赏、赞美。传达公司意图和安排布置工作,切勿强迫命令,不要简单地要求下属必须做,而应讲明为什么要这么做,怎样做;要当好教练,尽好培训职责。对员工要少批评,少指责,多欣赏,多赞美。
