旅游投诉可以直接反映旅游目的地服务质量的水平,通过对旅游投诉的研究,可以及时发现问题,为提升旅游目的地的旅游服务质量提供明确的方向和切实可行的应对措施。以张家界为例,本文通过对其旅游投诉现状进行分析,找出其旅游服务中存在的问题并进一步提出优化旅游目的地旅游服务质量监管效率的建议。
Tourism complaints can directly reflect the level of service quality of tourist destinations. Through the study of tourism complaints, problems can be found in time and a clear direction and practical countermeasures can be provided for upgrading the quality of tourism services of tourist destinations. Taking Zhangjiajie as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of tourism complaints and finds out the problems existing in its tourism services and puts forward some suggestions to optimize the efficiency of tourism service quality supervision.
